F.E. McWilliam spent the first 18 years of his life in an Ireland deeply troubled by sectarian violence. The subjects of Help! are two women from the Northern Ireland Peace Movement, Mairead Corrigan and Betty Williams, winners of the 1977 Nobel Peace Prize.
